Founder, Christ Integrated Counseling | Life Coach & Counselor
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying the weight of past trauma, you are not alone—and healing is possible.
I help individuals who are navigating trauma, addiction, grief, or emotional pain find clarity, healing, and lasting transformation. My approach blends evidence-based counseling with Christ-centered care, creating a safe and compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, and restored.
Together, we will gently process your experiences, strengthen your emotional foundation, and equip you with practical tools to move forward with confidence, peace, and purpose.
“Where faith meets healing, and restoration begins.”
I am a North Carolina native who has been enjoying the Arizona sunshine for over 13 years. I love music, good food, arts and crafts, and movies—and I also appreciate quiet moments and a good nap. I am passionate about helping individuals take the lead in their own stories. My work often involves processing past experiences and understanding how they impact present challenges, while empowering clients to move forward in healthier, more peaceful ways. My approach is trauma-informed, faith-integrated, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while walking alongside clients toward healing, restoration, and lasting change.
If you’re ready to begin your journey toward hope and healing, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your family, your church, or your community, we are here to walk alongside you. Healing, clarity, and growth are possible—and you don’t have to navigate the journey alone. Consultation sessions last around 45 minutes and focus more on getting to know eachother, our backgrounds, and seeing if this type of therapy is the best option for you.
